Letters: Exam questions

I read with interest the letter from N. Senator (Letters, 3 April).
I am at present taking GCSE Physics, Chemistry and Biology and I have also
found that it is very easy to be too clever. Not that the questions are
any easier but I think that the wording of some of the questions is too
ambiguous.

I think it is time the exam boards revised the wording to be more specific
and reduce the risk of answers coming from outside the syllabus.
