The book is regrettably broken into past, present, future and 鈥渢he goal鈥� (a nuclear weapon-free world, to give away the surprise ending). 鈥淛apan as a Plutonium Superpower鈥� and 鈥淚llegal Trafficking in Nuclear Fissile Materials鈥� -both in the present 鈥� were most gripping bits.
