Power skating

Is it a skateboarder, is it a roller-blader? Maybe it’s someone using Greg
Rosenwald’s internationally patented idea (WO 97/12651) for using roller skates
as a means of transport.

The skater stands in front of a wheel powered by a petrol engine. A friction
clutch and brake are operated by a handle, like a bicycle handlebar. Releasing
the brake and opening the throttle pushes the blader along from behind.
Rosenwald claims it travels 53 kilometres to the litre at up to 50 kilometres
per hour.
