I keep my ground coffee in the freezer. If I take a teaspoon straight from the freezer, its shape is low and rounded. Once the coffee has reached room temperature 鈥� about 25 掳C here in the tropics 鈥� a teaspoon of it forms an elevated peak of larger volume. Why?
