Even to the initiated, magnets are something of an everyday miracle. We pay them little heed, but they play a vital role in our modern world.
Now the hunt is on for new magnets 鈥� a hunt that one researcher says will require a miracle to be successful (see 鈥�Loss of attraction: We鈥檙e running out of magnets鈥�). But that鈥檚 a challenge to be overcome, not a statement of defeat. All of us, including the Insane Clown Posse, should be thankful there are people around who make miracles happen.
